NDIS participant Name
The name of your sole trader, business, or company
Your Australian Business Number (ABN)
Invoice date
Date of service delivery (if applicable)
Description About the provided service or product, including units or hours Applicable NDIS line item/s for the service or product
Indication of whether GST was applied to the provided product or service
The total outstanding amount
Payment details (bank details)
Contact information, including a telephone number

Correct charging on the invoice

You can find the highest rates you can charge by reviewing the NDIS Support Catalogue, which also gives you a "support line item" that the participant will use to request payment from their funding pool. The NDIS prices consider the following, among other thing

* Price increases for high-intensity services or support provided after-hours

* Higher costs associated with providing assistance in remote or regional areas

* Therapists' and Providers' travel expenses

* Co-payments, cancellations, and GST considerations
