Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
How can a Psychosocial Recovery Coach help you?
A psychosocial recovery coach is a new NDIS service designed to support individuals with a psychosocial disability to take more control of their lives and to better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living. Our experienced Psychosocial recovery coaches support individuals with psychosocial disabilities to recognize, reflect and take responsibility for their own recovery. They will work collaboratively with you, your families, carers, and other services to design and implement a recovery plan and help with the coordination of other NDIS supports
